Hi Friend,
I wanted to first make a request of you if I might.
I'm looking for a soldier, a Marine to be exact who's currently
serving in Iraq. He's in his late twenties to early 30's we
believe.
If that's you, please reply and let me know, thanks
Thursday is health day on the blog and in the past two weeks
:Kristine has written and explained in great detail the
difference between Fat Burners and Sugar Burners , and how it
affects not only our weight, but our health and mental health.
This week, she's been busy writing about Diabetes.
Diabetes, Syndrome X, Blood Sugars, hypoglycemia etc
It's all related you know. How we eat, what we eat and the
direct impact on your health and inner biochemistry.

The title is "Is Your Drinking Water Killing You? "

Remember, this is the first in a series of articles about water
there are a lot of types of water: Distilled, Alkaline, Living, Structured
Bottled, Tap, Reverse Osmosis.
I've seen the effects of extreme dehydration personally and am
the biggest promoter of being properly hydrated. This article
series on water is going to be very interesting for me as well.
I just left :Kristine's office after having my first Gold test
and she was quite excited to tell me what she has in store
for you the reader.
Next week, Diabetes and all things pancreasIf you have diabetes, think you might be getting diabetes or
