FormerF@Guy - Truth About Drinking Water

  • Hi Friend,

I wanted to first make a request of you if I might.

I'm looking for a soldier, a Marine to be exact who's currently
serving in Iraq. He's in his late twenties to early 30's we
    believe.

If that's you, please reply and let me know, thanks

Thursday is health day on the blog and in the past two weeks
:Kristine has written and explained in great detail the
difference between Fat Burners and Sugar Burners , and how it
affects not only our weight, but our health and mental health.

This week, she's been busy writing about Diabetes.

Diabetes, Syndrome X, Blood Sugars, hypoglycemia etc

It's all related you know. How we eat, what we eat and the
direct impact on your health and inner biochemistry.

The article is an eye opener

    However,

being the scientist she is, the article was just not quite
up to her standards and she wants to delay it one week
until she gets it perfect ,

so in it's place is another article which begins a series on

    Water

The truth about water. Which water is it that we should be
    drinking.

When I first began my weight loss journey at 475 pounds, I
was lead to distilled water and drank it for over 13 years.

Then I was lead to alkaline water, paid $1200 for a machine and
drank that for 3 or 4 years

Then I learned about how bad distilled water is and wrote
    about that. I was shocked

Well this article is quite short and features a great interview
with a very inspiring, delicate woman from Texas who speaks
    about the truth about water.

I was shocked to tell you the truth.

I'm not kidding. I did an audible exclamation when I read
what I read for today's article

The title is "Is Your Drinking Water Killing You? "

    http://www.formerfatguyblog.com/2007/09/20/is-your-drinking-water-killing-you.html

Please read it, and leave your feedback

Remember, this is the first in a series of articles about water

there are a lot of types of water: Distilled, Alkaline, Living, Structured
    Bottled, Tap, Reverse Osmosis.

I've seen the effects of extreme dehydration personally and am
the biggest promoter of being properly hydrated. This article
series on water is going to be very interesting for me as well.

I just left :Kristine's office after having my first Gold test
and she was quite excited to tell me what she has in store
    for you the reader.

Next week, Diabetes and all things pancreas

If you have diabetes, think you might be getting diabetes or
know somebody who has diabetes, forward this information
to them. I think it's critical to be well informed so you can make
    a good decision.

Following weeks include the truth about Alkaline diets and
a very special secret topic she will not let me talk about just yet

    marketing? nope.
it sure sounds like it though

just the truth. It's a fascinating topic, and true to my word,
I will not mention it until the time comes.

and ya, if you're that marine in Iraq, I'd like to talk with you

    Until next time

    Be well

    Rob
