    Happy Friday, I hope your week went well.

    I have a few announcements that I wanted to make you aware of.

    You can now subscribe to my blog posts by email so that you're
    updated each time I enter a new blog posts on either of my
    blogs. There is a sign up form on the top of each page at

    I'm introducting a Scavenger Hunt as well, read about it below.

    There are some good questions in the forum regarding the
    10,000 steps a day walking program including an idea by one
    member of getting together one year from now and climbing
    a mountain together.

    I started the Natural Hormone Enhancement Program by

    3. Scavenger Hunt

    How long has it been since you've done a scavenger hunt? I
    decided that I wanted to give some things away each month and
    have you discover new things on my website while doing it.

    I'm still working out the logistics of this, but what it will
    entail is searching for a specific phrase or image on my
    website. The Scavenger hunt will last for an entire month
