  I'm still on target for that. I have not yet hidden the

  This is just a short note about it because I've been busy
  with Anthony's Pimp My Diet program in the forum.
  
  Now I'm off to begin a new training program with a training
  partner I picked up: Russel Bridgeman. He's been following
  my story and my websites for a few years and recently moved
  to Edmonton.
  
  Russel asked if he could train with me, so we're starting that
  today.
  
  I've got some thoughts on that as well as my focus in training
  has changed yet again. I'll be posting about it on my
