Hi Friend, I wanted to let you know what's going on over at my friend Jeremy Likness's "Become Your Best" website.

His "become your best" coaching call that he does every Monday night is quite popular and he offers it for free. Jeremy interviews a new guest every Monday and just this current month his line up included:

Rashid Ali: Rashid Ali was once a beaten, penniless and homeless boy who has since achieved remarkable success through a system he discovered while changing his own life. He now works with individuals and businesses, helping them reach their own remarkable success through his REAL DEAL Coaching System.

Tony Kehl is a personal trainer who has accomplished quite a transformation himself, going from 290 lbs to a competition weight of nearly 210 pounds at 6'4". His accomplishments include 4th Place Novice 1996 Natural Classic, 2nd Place Novice 2003 Natural Classic, 2nd Place Open 2004 Natural Classic, 1st Place Open Grand Rapids BB Show 2004, 4th Degree Jow-Gar Kung-Fu.

and his January 3'rd conference call was on Goal Setting: Learn how to set goals in 2005. Jeremy will talk about how to categorize your goals based on The Power of Focus by Jack Canfield et. al., breaking goals down into time frames, prioritizing goals, and creating goals that are realistic and attainable.

This call on goal setting is really really great. When you've got the chance, while at work (lol) or at home or wherever you "listen" to the Internet, make sure you go listen. Great information on goal setting to start off your 2005.

each of these calls are free, your only cost is the Long Distance Charges.

Once the calls are done, Jeremy posts the interview on his website where you can listen to it at any time you like.

The calls are a great way to stay inspired week after week either live on the phone, or over the Internet at your leisure.

If you're new to my newsletter or just to remind you who Jeremy is, Jeremy came to a place in his life a few years ago where he was so unhappy with his weight and appearance that he decided to make a change.  His wife decided to join him and they went on to burn an incredible combined weight of 100 pounds.  Jeremy now coaches people and is the source of great inspiration.  Jeremy writes for Bodybuilding.com as well as having articles posted on various spiritual, inspirational and health / nutrition websites including selfgrowth.com. On a Side note, Bodybuilding.com has asked me to write for them as well.  More on that as the time comes.  I've very excited about it.

Jeremy wrote a great book called "Lose Fat, Not Faith" which is an outline of what to do to take action on your health, diet and fitness so that you can transform your whole life. Jeremy combines his health and fitness information with a spiritual flavour adding in wonderful bits from his Christian faith.  Lose Fat, NOt Faith is a wonderful companion to Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto.  They compliment one another.

Oh, since following this Bur n the Fat, Feed the Muscle program, I've come to find that my first week I needed to determine the exact nutrient values of all the food I ate based on weight or volume. I got out my trusty Nutrition Bible "Corinne T Netzer Encyclopedia of Food Values" that I've had for years. I've been asked about how to figure out all this information by so many people, so I found some online resources. Go visit www.formerfatguy.com/diet-resources.asp for links to various online resources for food nutrient values. This page will be growing as I find more great F R E-E resources.

I've added a couple of new entries into my blog:

"the #1 best thing about burning fat" and my past week BFFM progress report.

I'm busy encoding my interview from my Fitness Talk Radio show from two years ago so that it's in the new streaming audio format like Jeremy Uses for his online Become Your Best calls. It should be ready by the end of Sunday night.

Hope you enjoyed the 20 Recipes book as much as I did. I think today will be a "feta burger" day.

Until Next time
