I hope you're enjoying summer. I just wanted to let you know that I'll be hosting the Homeschool Blog Carnival on Tuesday, the 9th of August, at the Taking Time for Things that Matter blog. Do you have a blog post you'd like to share? If you do, here's how:

1. Go to the Carnival submission page (please do it from here, rather than via e-mail, so I won't miss your submission).
2. Provide the requested information (post URL, blog name, and a sentence or two telling what your post is about).
3. Watch for the e-mail telling you that the Carnival is posted, and link from your site so that others will know that your post has been included.

Blog carnivals can be such fun-- they provide a good way to get acquainted with other homeschool moms, find new ideas, and just enjoy a bit of good reading. The more posts we have, the more interesting it will be, so I hope you'll join us.  

If you'd like to use one of the official carnival icons in your post, just copy the HTML code at the page below; switch to the HTML view of your blog, and paste the code wherever you want the icon to appear. To make it nest on the left side of your post with the text wrapped around it, just choose "Align left" in whatever blogging program you use.
