Inspector General's Audit

Hi Friend,

I hope this message finds you doing well, in good health, and that business is BOOMING!

In the event that you've only thought about investing in Dispatching Made Easy, but never really saw the need for the investment, I would like to share with you what is probably the best endorsement and testimonial to date.

This morning two investigators from the State of New York Office of the Medicaid Inspector General's office arrived at our office to conduct a surprise audit. In New York, every few years or so the inspectors show up unannounced to inspect your Medicaid books and records. The purpose is to try and catch you off guard to see if you're double billing Medicaid or trying to pull some other fraudulent scam.

Now, this is nothing to panic about. As long as you're not up to illegal or fraudulent activities you have nothing to worry about. They come in, look through your books and records, make copies, take notes, etc. But if they find something wrong, then you have some explaining to do!

Long story short, they spent 20 minutes in our office today! That's it - ONLY 20 minutes! Why - because of DME!

There were two inspectors and they were incredibly complimentary of DME. In fact, to quote the one inspector, Robert A. Gabay, "This is the easiest and most organized system that we've seen. This is all the information we need. I wish all the transportation companies had this. Our job would be a heck of a lot easier."

And yes, I did ask him if I could quote him!!

But the best part about Mr. Gabay's comments is that he said them PRIOR to knowing that I designed the software! I thanked him for his words and then told him I designed and created the software system. Needless to say, his eyes grew wide. He further went on to say "You need to be selling this!" I told him I do. He then asked where because he's going to mention it to certain business owners. I then told him that he's just been commissioned as my new Sales Rep! He laughed.

Mr. Gabay and his partner went on to tell that traveling around New York State and conducting such impromptu audits is there job and that the unorganized condition most businesses keep their records in makes their job and the owners job very difficult.

Instead of being stuck at our office for hours, they were there for ONLY 20 minutes! Instead of having to make copies and take lots of notes, everything they needed was printed up out of DME. The inspectors provided us with a list of random customers and transports for which they needed all possible transportation information. But instead of sifting through paper or trip ticks, with a few clicks of the mouse we were able to reference and print entire lists for each customer.

So again, if you've only thought of investing in DME, but didn't, for whatever reason, then I encourage you to do so. It's the absolute best dispatching system on the market and it's less than $500!!

Visit us today at www.dispatchingmadeeasy.com to learn more and to view a presentation of the software. And don't forget, if you're an MDTVIP.com member you can get your hands on DME for ONLY $300!! You just can't beat it!

See you at the Top!
