Interviews, non-competes, and finding a name
-
Today at 10 a.m. I'll be answering 3 questions
August 17th, 2009 at 8:54 am
1. How can I prepare for an interview?
2. Should I sign this non-compete agreement?
3. How do I find the a particular manager at
this company?
I give an unfair advantage to all the candidates
I send out on interviews. Today's call will be an
interview preparation you can listen to any time
you want.
Should you agree to NOT work for a competitor
within 50 miles? I'll talk about a specific
non-compete clause in a real contract. We'll talk
about reality, courts, and fairness.
I was asked, "How can I find the MIS Director at
Eastern Insurance Holding Company?" I'll walk you
through how I do it. And, yes, I did find him
within 5 minutes.
Of course if you can't make it, a replay will be
available within 24 hours.
