A
Day To Remember Our American
Soldiers and Sailors Who Saved The People Of
Europe Their
Bravery And Sacrifice On
Normandy's Omaha And Utah Beaches 65
Years Ago
Today.
And while
today's sacrifices cannot be even
remotely compared with those of 65 years ago,
the fight for our freedom and for
our Republic continues right here in
America! And, as ever, our Veterans are the
first to step forward "defend it
still!."

Chelene
Nightingale,
candidate for governor in California,
received the "America First Award" from
the National Veterans Coalition and
addressed the Phoenix Rising rally
yesterday.
|
Despite
temperatures that passed 105 degrees,about 2,000
Americans stood in the sun and rallied in support
of the rule of law in Arizona.
The
left-wing media will not report the truth about
this rally. The Arizona Republic's photographer
found about every big belly it could find in
creating its online album. (Go

Well,
the American Patrol Report was there and took
some random shot of the crowd. Check out our
album.
We
were particularly impressed with Chelene
Nightingale, winner of the "America
First Award" from the Constitution
Party.
She is a rising star in the new American
Constellation.
##
Speakers at the
event, other than Nightingale, included
Sheriff Joe Arpaio,
Congressman Tom Tancredo and
State Sen. Russell Pearce, the
author of the new AZ law, the Constitution
Party's National Veterans Coalition, Chairman,
Larry Breazeale and many
others. The principal organizer of the
Phoenix Rising Rally was Daniel
Smeriglio, of Voice of the People
USA . Dan is an announced candidate
for the US House of Representatives on the
Constitution Party ticket in Pennsylvania.
The
Phoenix Rising Rally received considerable news
coverage as exemplified by the following
story:

NOTES:
California Primary
Election: This Tuesday,
June 8, will be a "D-Day" of sorts for the
Constitution Party as its slate of
candidates, led by Chelene Nightingale for
Governor, Don Grundmann for U.S. Senator, Nathan
Johnson for State Controller and many others
running for various state, legislative and
Congressional offices seek nomination in the
American Independent Party Primary Election in
California. This Primary Election is an
important step in the fight of Constitution Party
supporters in California in their battle regain
official recognition and affiliation with its
historical affiliate, the American Independent
Party of California. For a full list of the
Constitution Party endorsed candidates running in
tomorrow AIP primary election please
visit: www.aipcalif.blogspot.com/. If
you have friends, relatives, associates or know
of anyone else who is registered American
Independent in California, please urge them to
get out to vote for our Constitution Party
endorsed slate, headed by Chelene Nightingale.
Very sadly, we must note the loss of our
candidate for Congress in the 10th District,
Jerry Denham, who passed away
suddenly and unexpectedly late last week.
Jerry was a wonderful patriot and a powerful
spokesman for Constitutional liberties. He
will be sorely missed.
Starrett Recount
Begins Wednesday: With the
Constitution Party's Mary Starrett leading
by 4 votes in the final talley, the official
recount will begin this coming Wednesday in the
Yamhill County Commissioner race. Because
of a number of write-ins being cast and because
of the extremely close nature of this
election it is considered unlikely that
either Mary or her opponent will receive the
required 50% plus one to win outright in the
recount to avoid a run-off. We can hope,
though! Good luck, Mary Starrett!
You'll have friends praying for you all across
America! By the way, this IS a
non-partisan race with no party labels on
the ballot, however since Mary was the
Constitution Party's nominee in Oregon for
Governor in 2006 and since that time was openly
employed as the national Constitution Party's
Communication Director, her party affiliation is
certainly well known to the voters in her
county.

Accept no
substitutes, and do not be fooled by
imposters!
Yes, believe it or
not, there are at least two other groups out there
who like our concept so much that they have stolen
our logos, our platform, and even our name! It's
nice to be popular, but this is the real
deal.
Just ask our National CP
Chairman,
Jim
Clymer.
