To all CP leaders:
The 4th of July falls on a Sunday this year,
which means your annual reading of the
Declaration of Independence will have to be
scheduled around those of us who attend church on
that day. We encourage you to consider
either a 9:00 a.m. reading, or an afternoon
reading. We'll be doing ours in Hamilton
County at 2:00 p.m., to accommodate those who
attend church and then eat out. Some will
want to picnic at 12:00, along with music.
Even if you stand alone and read it, it
makes a statement. Your family will
strengthen the statement. Various members
of the CP have been doing this for four or five
years now, and it needs to become one of our
defining distinctives -- go invite your
neighbors, your elected officials, members of all
parties, to come together once a year for this
important event. Invite your County
Sheriff. Once organized, ask the fire
department to supervise or allow firecrackers -
it's an American tradition.
Send a Public Service Announcement to
your local radio and newspaper news desks.
They are happy to publish this
information.

We are the
OFFICIAL
Constitution Party of
Texas
Accept
no substitutes, and do not be fooled by
imposters!
Yes, believe it or
not, there are at least two other groups out there
who like our concept so much that they have stolen
our logos, our platform, and even our name! It's
nice to be popular, but this is the real
deal.
Just ask our National CP
Chairman,
Jim
Clymer.
