Dear Members and Supporters:
I have not yet begun to fight!" shouted John
Paul Jones when the captain of the British ship
Serapis asked him to surrender.
Their ships were so close their cannons scraped
and masts entangled, yet his American ship
Bonhomme Richard, named for Ben Franklin's Poor
Richard's Almanac, refused to give up.
When two cannons exploded and his ship began
sinking, John Paul Jones lashed his ship to the
enemy's to keep it afloat.
After 3 more hours of fighting, the British
surrendered.
This was SEPTEMBER 23, 1779.
Fast forward 231 years…
1,2,3,4 What are we fightin’ for….. remember
that little ditty?
We have so many things to fight, the issue is
which one to focus on! I know it can be
overwhelming at times.
As if ObamaCare wasn’t enough guess what looms
around the corner: how about having your
paycheck sent directly to the State first!

The proposal by Her Majesty's Revenue and
Customs (HMRC) stresses the need for employers
to provide real-time information to the
government so that it can monitor all payments
and make a better assessment of whether the
correct tax is being paid.
And you thought Britain was a FREE country!
Don’t forget, here in the land of the free and
home of the brave, all your paychecks, stock
transactions, real estate purchases, and car
purchases are tracked by the government!
Sometimes I shake my head and wonder if we
shall ever learn…..and here in this country,
laws that are meant to be obeyed are
unilaterally overlooked, ignored and flat
refused by the Federal Government. Take for
example immigration laws.
AZ Governor Jan Brewer has had the guts to
stand up for all legal American citizens and
yet the Obama Administration and the federal
courts mock her.
The Federal Government has sued the State of
Arizona, for attempting to solve a national
problem within its own borders — that of
illegal immigration.
In the very act of accusing the State of
Arizona of breaking the law, President Barack
Hussein Obama and his Attorney General Eric
Holder have violated the Constitution.
To add insult to injury, Secretary of State
Hillary Clinton has run to the Human Rights
Council of the United Nations, to tattle on
Arizona, as if they have ANY authority over
what happens in a sovereign State of this
Union!
Have we really begun to fight back? Have we
lashed our ships to theirs in an all out blitz?
Every time I speak, folks ask me: “What can we
do?”
The sky’s the limit! Have you written a letter
to the editor? Don’t think you will get
published? Ha! Our Treasurer, Bob Eoff wrote a
fantastic letter AND he was published.

thing you can do….no it isn’t faxing Congress,
or emailing the President. Calls for tyrants to
stop being tyrants don’t work!
But showing a tyrant that YOU know what they
are and what ther sworn duty is in full color,

Justice Roberts has never been in the public
eye like he is now, and it is high time you let
him know that his Constitutional Oath means
something!
As AZ Gov Jan Brewer stated: "The idea of our
own American government submitting the duly
enacted laws of a state of the United States to
'review' by the United Nations is
internationalism run amok and
unconstitutional."
We agree and I know you do too! And Chief
Justice Roberts needs to have his desks stacked
to the ceiling with full color oversize
postcards reminding him that his duty is to
follow the Constitution and take original
jurisdiction over this immigration fight! And
to start now.
231 years later Captain John Paul Jones’ cry
echoes yet again, yelling “I have not yet begun
to fight!"
While we can’t tie ourselves to the ship of
Chief Justice Roberts, we can fire a shot of
reality to his desk via full color postcards
that he can not ignore!
And we can tie up he and his staff to the fact
that We The People are watching! And taking
notice of his action or inaction.
Our objective is to flood the United States
Supreme Court with 100s of thousands of these

And to never surrender.
