Bush Signs CAN SPAM Act !

President Bush on Tuesday, signed the first federal law against spam known as the CAN SPAM act. The law will go into effect on New Years Day. This law pre-empts all state laws including the stringent California law. The law carries jail time for certain types of violations. In short, this is serious legislation that should decrease the flow of unwanted email flooding our inboxes. It is the responsibility of all marketers like Apondo Networks and you to know and fully understand this legislation.
