How this law will be enforced outside the United States remains a mystery to us.  Existing & Emerging Spam Laws worldwide wield stiff penalties....including up to 5 years of imprisonment and hefty financial penalties.

A good spam-control product should define actions to be taken, depending on which rules were tripped, such as:

1. Non-accept
2. Return to sender
3. Forward a copy to the sender and ask for verification
4. Quarantine
5. Report egregious messages to a central reporting point

As ISPs are now filtering their customer's email to prevent junk mail, many times they will filter the email you want as well.

To ensure that you receive your ApondoNet Publications, please add the following domains

apondo.net
thecertificationhub.com

to your list of trusted senders. Here's how you can do so:

AOL - Place the above domains within your address book.

HOTMAIL - Place the above domains within your safe list. You can locate your safe list by visiting the "Options" link beside the main menu tabs.

YAHOO! - If any ApondoNet publication is filtered into your "bulk" folder, open the email and visit the link next to the "From" field.

OTHER PROVIDERS - To prevent ApondoNet publications from being filtered, try adding our "From" and "Reply to" address to your address book. If you are unable to do so, you may want to transfer the message to your "In-box" or even forward the message to yourself.

If ApondoNet Publications continue to be filtered, please contact your ISP to request assistance. If you're not receiving ApondoNet Messages or it is being filtered, your other wanted messages may be having the same problem -- not only ezines, but also email courses, purchase confirmations, support requests and even emails from your friends & family
