In our last newsletter we brought
it to our readers attention the
fact that the 27 Members of the EU
have had their governments
surrender their national
sovereignty to a mostly unelected
Government and 100% unelected
President via the Lisbon Treaty -
article
17. Declaration Concerning
Primacy.
In the Declaration Concerning
Primacy it states "that the law
stemming from the treaty, an
independent source of law,
because of its special and
original nature, be overridden by
domestic legal provisions,
however framed, without being
deprived of its character as
Community Law and without legal
basis of the Community itself
being called into
question."
Great, therefore we contend that
the legal basis of the community
is in question and that the
politicians whom signed or
approved this monstrosity do not
and did not have the authority to
do so by their countries own
Constitution therefore committing
High Treason.
For most of the 27 Member
countries the Constitution is the
Supreme Law of the land.
Therefore no politician can sign
away, commit, or likewise agree
to anything contrary to this,
which the Lisbon Treaty claiming
to be above the Constitution of
said countries, is
therefore making the Lisbon
Treaty null and void.
The EU was originally to be a
trade community and has turned
into a
Unelected
Bureaucratic Socialized
Super Government
certainly the goal of the EU
Government and its agenda all
along.
If this is not true then why were
countries like Bulgaria for years
not allowed into the EU when they
DID NOT meet the
criteria for membership, and then
though they still did not meet
the requirements were allowed in
anyway?
To do what Hitler, Napoleon, and
many more could not accomplish -
The domination and dictatorship
of Europe.
Now look at all the people whom
claimed for years that this was
the agenda all along and the
politco's etc. insisted it is not
true - but it is now reality -
now whom are the nut cases with
tin foil hats?
Now the same is going on in
Copenhagen.
Under the guise of Climate Change
and another treaty the Copenhagen
summit seeks to secure what the
Kyoto treaty could not: a binding
commitment of the United States
to forfeit and delegate
its sovereignty through
international treaties that would
require us to radically reduce
our CO2 emissions and damage our
economy more than Kyoto would
have while exempting major
developing countries and
producing negligible
environmental benefits.
The scary part is the fact that
these people, top include the
left, and also including the
Obama administration are
trying to make fundamental
changes to our political
system and our economy
based on this highly disputed,
secular, faith-based alarmist
"science."
In light of
ClimateGate, serious people
studying the global warming issue
and the staggering consequences
of political decisions based on
it should consider the relative
credibility of the opposing sides
of this debate. Which of the two
sides insists, despite vigorous
dissent, that there is no debate;
uses intimidation and ridicule to
suppress and discredit this
dissent; refuses to hold itself
accountable for repeated false
alarms (e.g., Paul Ehrlich, Ted
Danson, Al Gore, etc.); has often
been caught manufacturing data to
fit its predetermined
conclusions; has an economic and
political agenda driving its
science; has been tainted by
millions of dollars in corrupting
research grants; and is
recommending policies that are
objectively imprudent and to the
manifest detriment of the United
States?
