China’s
breach of Google email account
security was, in Google’s own
words:
limited
to account information (such as
the date the account was
created) and subject line,
rather than the content of
emails themselves.
Where
Google’s new
stance on China’s censorship
and violation of dissidents’
privacy seems at odds with
CEO Eric
Schmidt’s recent statement
that “If you have something that
you don’t want anyone to know,
maybe you shouldn’t be doing it
in the first place,” an
interesting implication of this
statement about what information
was compromised brings things
back into expected focus. That
sort of information is
exactly the kind of
thing that can legally be
acquired by United States law
enforcement agencies by way of a
court order. This suggests that
some part of the process of
handing over private information
to law enforcement personnel
serving a court order has been
automated, and that security
crackers working for the Chinese
government found a way to exploit
that automated access.
Macworld
reports on this disturbing
implication in China: Google
attack part of widespread spying
effort. While the
majority of the article focuses
on the accusation of “corporate
espionage” conducted by the
Chinese government, it addresses
the implication of poor security
policy on the part of Google
itself, with regard to its
dealings with law enforcement.
Speaking of the claim by Google
that all the Chinese security
crackers were able to access was
some identifying account
information and email subject
lines, the Macworld article
says:
That’s
because they apparently were
able to access a system used to
help Google comply with search
warrants by providing data on
Google users, said a source
familiar with the situation,
who spoke on condition of
anonymity because he was not
authorized to speak with the
press.
“Right
before Christmas, it was, ‘Holy
s*, this malware is
accessing the internal
intercept [systems],’” he
said.
After our recent publishing of
the article about the
Massachusetts Election by my
staff for the previously held by
Kennedy Senate Seat on
01-18-10, Tuesday morning
after spending the weekend and
Monday with my very ill 10 year
old son at the hospital whom is
making a full recovery - after
getting my first shower for the
day - I was greeted in my email
by a bunch of foul mouthed jerks
attempting to flame us over that
article.
As the election results came in
and I seen them Wednesday
morning, it was evident that our
message was correct. Peter had
done a great job while I was
away. Managing the company,
serving customers, getting the
message out about the
election.
With the exception of the flamers
mentioned above and others of
course, the majority of the
People of Massachusetts clearly
agree with our enough is enough
perspective and voted contrary to
the flamers and others
desires.
As a matter of fact Peter, my
right hand man, 1st Asst Global
Network Administrator, is elated
with himself calling the shots
and having no fear expecting my
approval once I returned from my
family crisis.
As a matter of fact I have since
given Peter a raise of 50 cents
an hour and a bottle of Bulgarian
Rokia - his favorite and I found
similar to American
Whiskey.
The cowboy spirit of the Old West
is what is required today. We
need tough hardened
individualists who are willing to
say enough is enough.
Our government has been
corrupted by weak men slithering
around the halls of Congress
soliciting for money, an evil
banking cartel creating fiat
money, corporate fascists paying
off criminals in Washington DC,
and the military industrial
complex enforcing Washington’s
power across the
globe.
The country longs for an Andrew
Jackson or a Dwight Eisenhower.
Instead we are stuck with Harry
Reid and Nancy Pelosi.
The citizens of the
country have chosen a false
security in place of liberty and
freedom.
This country achieved greatness
because Americans took chances,
had the freedom to succeed or
fail, picked themselves up when
they failed, and lived their
lives within a moral framework of
fairness and honesty.
That flame of independence and
freedom is dying out. Americans
no longer believe in shared
sacrifice, working hard, honoring
a sense of civic duty, morality,
or modesty.
A private banking cartel controls
the purse strings and protects
its bank owners and its
protectors in Congress.
The President wages wars across
the globe without Constitutional
approval from Congress that is
required.
Agencies of government operate in
secret, assassinating foreign
enemies, fomenting unrest in
other countries, and spying on
Americans. Look at the fear we’re
feeding. Look at the lives we’re
leading.

E-mails hacked. Messages
leaked. Data falsified. Evidence
destroyed.
Thus sits the legacy of the radical
climate change movement – yet they
remain adored and worshiped by the
Left and the nations of the world
that wish the U.S. ill.
Why? As usual follow the money
trail - Trillions of dollars are at
stake for the global warming
movement if they
can continue to fool the world that
climate change is a man-made
disaster that can be curbed by
taxing the wealth-creating
countries – namely the
United States – and
working to destroy the economies of
successful nations to make everyone
the same.
But it's all a scam.
There is a lot of evidence
showing that global warming
alarmism is just a lot of hot air
and the cover-up by the press.
The main stream media and many
politicians don't want you to
know the facts about what could
be the biggest scientific scam in
modern history.
Just weeks before thousands of
delegates, advocates, and
journalists descended on
Copenhagen for a summit to mark
international solidarity in
combating global warming,
an unnamed
whistle blower quietly unloaded
the largest bomb from the climate
change skeptics'
arsenal.
A "hacker" published on the Web
thousands of private e-mails and
documents of some of the biggest
players in the global warming
debate. These messages showcased
prominent global warming
scientists bragging about
"tricks" used to hide recent
declines in global temperatures;
the purposeful deletion of
correspondence to avoid any kind
of oversight; and the collusion
among global warming scientists
to keep opposing skeptics
silent.
In one full swoop, the
Climategate whistleblower had
uncovered the hidden truths
behind global warming alarmism:
deleted
e-mails, hidden declines,
inaccurate data, destroyed
research and the redefinition of
peer-reviews for their own
uses. Phil Jones has
"temporarily stepped down" from
his position at the CRU, and the
United Nations has announced it
will be investigating the
validity of its own climate data.
The story of
Climategate exposes what goes on
behind the scenes while trillions
of dollars are on the line for
policy decisions based on the
findings of these
scientists.
The reaction
of the mainstream media suggested
the whole thing came nowhere near
priority news status. Most of the
world's media simply ignored the
newsabout the
decades-old organized corruption
and scientific crime reaching
from the University of East
Anglia all the way to the United
Nations.
After acknowledging the validity
of the explosive e-mails, the
New York
Times balked and said they
would not be publishing any of
the documents because they
"appear to be acquired illegally
and contain all manner of private
information and statements that
were never intended for the
public eye." Skeptics scoffed at
this empty oath coming from the
same paper that had previously
published the highly classified
top-secret Pentagon Papers less
than 40 years ago and has since
widely published information
related to the intelligence
community's monitoring of
terrorists and specific
strategies for how the U.S.
protects its troops in the
field.
The story was largely ignored for
weeks on television and resonated
only with Internet surfers
getting news from U.K. sources
and bloggers who buzzed as they
worked through the pages of data
and e-mails. The budding
scandal was completely invisible
to those not tuning into Fox News
- NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC and CNN
had reported nothing on the story
weeks after the whistle had been
blown.

H1N1 Swine Flu hoax falls apart at the
seams
As Governments around
the world are finding more and more ways to
pad there pockets for everything including
taxing the kitchen sink, we believe the
first thing they need to do is give
themselves a pay cut for the obvious
horrible and incompetent job most of them
are doing.
In this article concerning taxes,
specifically the Death Tax, and you will
find all kinds of evil in this
tax.
First lets take the Death Tax. Yes you
heard that right. A 50% tax on estates of
those whom have passed
away.
What this means is that the US Government
in it's infinite stupidity thought it was
fair to tax estates that had already paid
tax on the estate.
Awww, poor Government has currently lost
the chance to extend the ridiculous tax
on those whom have died. Maybe that is
why they wanted the so called Death Care
..... uh I mean Health Care reform bill
to pass with the public option so that
they can pass on those whom they think
should move along and give the Government
a nice little double bonus like the death
tax and the lack of having to pay out
their social security. US Government -
you make me want to puke!
Folks whenever the Government makes any
kind of move anymore, be sure it is NOT
in your interest. It is in their own
interest to keep growing the industry
that creates nothing but grief called
Government.
Just follow the money and you will know
whom is getting screwed and whom is
making out like the thieves that they are

Meet Obama and the Vampire
Congress
Meet the Beltway bloodsuckers. They
convene in the dead of night, when most
ordinary mortals have left work and let
their guard down or are lying asleep in
bed. Pale-faced and insatiable, the
nocturnal thieves do their nefarious
business in backrooms and secret
chambers.
The Prince of Darkness
at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. is perfectly
happy with his Vampire Congress. Wraiths
of a sunshine-evading feather flock
together.
Their primary victims?
Taxpayers, the free
market, and .....
It is our obvious
belief and experience that Global Warming
is a scam.
Of
course even with all the evidence this
does not stop Obama from trying to pass
the
Clean Air Act.
As a matter of fact the Move On Org is
trying to petition Congress
"Congress must not block the Clean Air
Act's limits on global warming
pollution"
MoveOnOrg goes on to say in their letter

"The Clean Air Act requires strict limits
on global warming emissions from all
major sources. But for years the law has
been ignored, letting polluters off the
hook and keeping America hooked on oil
and coal."
Once again this is a follow the money
situation and if investigated we would
bet these people have a vested interest
into seeing this happen.
However, their whole case for Global
warming has been recently refuted and
uncovered as a scam and even amazingly
enough CNN's very own Jack Cafferty
admitted as much that Global Warming is
not happening. Here is his full
commentary paragraphed for easier
reading:
"As the debate continues about global
warming, the month of December
was the 14th coldest in 115 years in the
United States, and some scientists
insist the earth is entering a cooling
trend. Wind chills brought
temperatures in the Dakotas to 50 degrees
below zero, while record cold in parts of
Florida is damaging some of the orange
crops, and South Carolina called an early
end to shrimping season. Parts of Canada
have seen actual temperatures of 30 below
zero, and freezing temperatures
and record snowfalls are pounding parts
of Asia and Europe too.
Britain has experienced the worst
snowfalls in half a
century.
(After noting the unusually cold weather
and describing its adverse effects
internationally, Cafferty summarized the
findings of the scientists, that
"this winter is only the start of
a worldwide trend toward cooler weather,
which could last for 20 to 30
years.")
In India, it’s estimated at least 100
people have died due to the cold
temperatures, with dozens more killed in
Bangladesh. In China and South Korea,
heavy snow and unusually cold weather
have brought chaos to travelers, blocking
roads and trains, canceling flights.
After one recent blizzard in Beijing,
officials had more than 300-thousand
people clearing the
streets."

The great
swine flu hoax of 2009 is now
falling apart at the seams as one country
after another unloads hundreds of millions
of doses of unused swine flu vaccines. No
informed person wants the injection
anymore, and the entire fear-based campaign
to promote the vaccines has now been
exposed as outright quackery and
propaganda.
Even doctors are now calling the pandemic a
complete hoax. As reported on FoxNews, Dr.
Wolfgang Wodarg, a leading health authority
in Europe, says that
drug companies "organized a 'campaign
of panic' to put pressure on the World
Health Organization (WHO) to declare a
pandemic.
He believes it is 'one of the greatest
medicine
scandals of the century,' and he has called
for an inquiry."
H1N1
swine flu was never
dangerous, and it never should
have been escalated to a level-six
pandemic in the first place. It was all a
big marketing scam
whose purpose was to simply sell
vaccines. (And the CDC and WHO
were in on it...)
And it worked!
Big Pharmauseless vaccine
that's now being dumped by the truck
load. These vaccines were, of course,
paid for with taxpayer dollars, making
the Great Swine Flu Hoax of 2009 nothing
more than an elaborate financial scam
whose goal was to transfer wealth from
the People to the shareholders of Big
Pharma.
In just the fourth quarter of 2009,
GlaxoSmithKline shipped $1.4
billion worth of vaccinesmade out
with billions of dollars in
profits.
That's $1.4
billion worth of taxpayer dollars, by the
way. Dollars that could have been spent
on nutrition or real health
education. $1.4 billion worth of free
vitamin D supplements would have done far
more to protect public health than
vaccines could ever hope to
accomplish.

Below are two letters sent into us by
obviously after reading them are from two
different Bob's - as always we spelled
Bob's name backwards so no one will know
whom we are referring :-) Both letters are
in reference to the Newsletter we sent out
referring to the election in Massachusetts
for what used to be Kennedy's Senate
seat.
In the first one, she claims to be an
Independent and included in the letter is
our response. Her original sentences are
in bold. The second
letter she sends praise that we really
care :-)
There were other letters good and bad
relating to this same subject, but the
bad ones were so foul and cursing us that
once we changed the characters to screen
the foul language out, they made no sense
at all and are not fit for
publishing.

I have personally been out of the
office since last Saturday attending
to my 10 year old son's needs whom
is currently in the hospital and
underwent appendix surgery on
Monday, letting my main man Peter
run things while I was
gone.
I came back Tuesday to find several
attempts at flaming us with several being
so foul and obnoxious, calling us every
name in the book, that I told
my employees to delete these nasty
individuals from our lists and events. We
will keep a list of them to further
blacklist them from everything we do in
the future. It was not their opinions
that bothered us, it was the foul and
nasty things and language
they used (personally attacking
us) that prompted this
action.
I wanted to clarify a few things within
your letter, in addition addressing some
of what was written in other
letters, and of course offer my
perspective of the
issues. Furthermore I will include a
letter written to us offering balance and
put this whole thing into
perspective.
For easy understanding and to follow
along I have put your comments in
bold and then added my
response below in regular
type.
Sounds outrageous doesn't it....old Ed
was just blowing off
steam.
I have no idea about old Ed nor care
about his affiliations, but I do care
that he was clearly promoting an
illegal act that was against
Democracy, the Constitution,
and current Federal Law. If you
are going to cheat to win, then what is
the purpose of Democracy at all? To cheat
is wrong no matter the reason -
there is no truth or honor in
cheating.
Bet you don't have any problem
with the crap that blubberheads Limbaugh,
Beck et.al spew
forth.
In all honesty, we have
not listened to neither of these
people nor do we receive any info from
them nor publish anything by them. With
one exception I am aware of, we had a
link to one of Glenn Becks (YouTube)
videos that we thought the perspective
was truth and the subject matter worthy
of telling/talking about. Otherwise we
have been to date oblivious to
them.
How about inciting violence and overthrow
of the government. Now that's
sedition which, I believe, got Sacco and
Vanzetti hanged.
I had not considered nor pondered this
type of action i.e. inciting violence and
overthrow of the government. Though it
does bring up the point of Constitutional
Duty, Military oath of Duty, and if
the so called Government at the time
that is in violation of the
Constitution or rather contrary to the
Constitution - The Law of the Land. It is
my opinion that anyone whom does not
agree with the Constitution has no
business whatsoever of living in the
United States or serving any public
office of any kind.
Relative to the Military in which I am a
six year Veteran thereof, we take a
non-expiring oath to defend and uphold
the Constitution against all enemies
foreign and domestic. Does that not
include a tyrannical government? or a
Government that is ignoring, demonstrates
contempt, or circumventing the
Constitution?
These same individuals in Government have
also sworn the same oath to
defend and uphold the Constitution
against all enemies foreign and domestic
- therefore when they break this oath or
go against the Constitution are they not
committing Treason? are they not Tyrants?
Is it not the duty of every American to
rebel in any fashion against these
unconstitutional tyrants as allotted by
the Constitution?
Chill out, these talking heads don't
believe most of what they spout. Their
objective is to stir up the
animals while they laugh all
the way to the
bank!
This sounds to me like Al Gore and the
Global Warming Sheeple .....

The Dems fell down on the job. They've
been upstaged by a vulgar Nude

young folks say "suck it up" Not

Your side could be a bit more
humble being you damn near

This is where you totally lose me. I
am not a Republican - I consider
myself a Conservative
Constitutionalist - neither the
Republican Party nor the Democratic
Party have anything to talk about
when it comes to the Constitution and
their flagrant abuses thereof. One of
the very few people whom has even
come close to someone I would vote
for - even though he has some
obvious eccentricities about him
(don't they all in one way or
another?) but is a True
Constitutionalist - Ron Paul. No
more Federal Reserve, Smallest
Government possible, and maximum
liberty.
When Bush was in power we even had a
blog about him and his many
(Constitutional) abuses to
include cartoons and the whole
nine yards from 2004 all the way to
the elections of 2008 when it became
a mute point and we deleted it. We
even wrote about the Un-Patriot act
which is by far the most unpatriotic
document to ever become law that I am
aware of. But I do not even
consider Bush a Republican nor
anything. But that is water under the
bridge, in the past, cannot be
changed, and therefore irrelevant to
today. It is not an excuse to
continue wire tapping and other lying
like rescinding the Patriot Act and
such that was promised by Candidate
Obama. As far as I am concerned for
the most part they are all lying,
treasonous, criminals with few
exceptions.
Lie to get elected, lie to stay
elected, lying about current events.
The Grand Illusion.
They are all a bunch of greedy, self
serving, good for nothing
garbage.
I want to see if the Health Care
Reform Bill passes with the Public
Option or what was actually attempted
- the Public Forcing.
(What should be is) That the
Government has to be on the same
plan for anything that the rest of
us are forced to endure. That their
version of Social Security is
Bankrupted like ours with
themselves being enrolled in our
system. That their pensions and
benefits equal the same you get in
the private sector - four years
or eight years you get
absolutely nothing. That Pay Raises
are performance earned - and Pay
cuts based on the same performance
standard.
None of my beliefs about
Governance have anything to do
with any current political parties
available in the US that I am
aware.
There is nothing special about any of
these people in Government except
that they are exceptional liars. They
all put their pants on the same way
that I do.
What really makes me sick is that
these same people for the most part,
irrelevant of any party, whom
have sworn to uphold the Constitution
and are supposed to be public
servants yet they have this "Greater
then thou" attitude - the moment
they are in office immediately go
from their campaign promises (mostly
lies to get elected), to their own
individual agendas rather then the
agendas of those they allegedly
serve. From that moment forward they
give to the people only the
things and/or lies necessary to
get re-elected.
During my lifetime, I feel not
since the time of JFK
..... I am sorry to admit .....
that the choices always seem to
be between the PERCEIVED lesser
of two evils, with no representation
even close to my beliefs and
convictions. All Governments are
parasites of the People they
supposedly serve.

I am one of your JV partners and have
been one for some time. I was reading
your email this morning about the
Massachusetts election. I had previously
seen this (about the Massachusetts
election) on the Tea Party Nation, of
which I am a member.
As business people, I believe that we
have an obligation to tell our readers
the truth. Anybody that thinks liberals
and Obama can make them successful in
business is stupid. It's well past time
that we started telling people
this.
Thank you so much for standing up for the
truth, for having the courage to express
your convictions, and to let your readers
know clearly where you stand. This tells
me that you really care about us, your
