on site or via email. Very misleading and

This reminds me of when I had computer
stores and a lady called in for tech
support claiming her monitor would not
come on. I asked her to check that the
monitor cable was plugged in to the tower
and she claimed that she cannot see where
the cable goes because it is dark behind
her desk - I suggested that she turn on
the light in the room to help her see
better and she replied that she cannot
because the electricity has been off for
a couple of hours now .....

IM Report Card Review - We Love
It!
Recently while doing research we stumbled
across the IM Report
Card Web Site and to my surprise I
found one of our own products - Java
Scripts Magician - a featured and
reviewed entity.
The review of Java
Scripts Magician completely blew me
away in the sense that the reviewer and
the commenter both had perspectives of
the software that I had not considered
.... an excerpt from the IM Report

commenter as follows:
Very effective and useful
website
I bought this program a couple of days
ago, as I have absolutely no idea on how
to script in java script. Unfortunately
for me, javascript enables website
administrator's to design much better and
effective sites. So for $37 I tried this
program out, and the first thing I
noticed when I first started to use it
was that it's Graphical User Interface
(GUI) was not very eye pleasing and I
think it should be worked on for future
releases.
Although, the software designers made up
for the lack of GUI in the many features
that they have added throughout the
program itself. As a result, this
wonderful program has enabled my sites to
have that extra "edge" and keep more
users online. I am very pleased with the
product.
Though
not completely flattering and perfect, it
is very acceptable and has given us
direction with a customers unsolicited
perspective for improvements for future
releases and upgrades :-) in which we are
very thankful.
