Bob wrote in yesterday commenting
on the terms of service for our
DSL Service - claiming that
he thinks the Early Termination
Fee of $250 is a it much - and we
agree - that's why if one reads
the terms carefully they will
realize that there really is not
termination fee.
Therefore we made an adjustment
to our web site clarifying the
terms and why there is no early
termination fee:
Note if/when ordering service:
Forced upon us by our upstream
providers, in our terms of
service is the statement that
there is a $250.00 (ETF) Early
Termination Fee for breaking the
service contract – which is
absolutely true.
However, AECNU Internet and
Computers Internet Connectivity
services are all month to month
and there is no service contract
– making this statement of the
Early Termination Fee irrelevant.
It is simple – you pay us we keep
your connectivity working – you
do not pay us, we shut it
off.
