How can I blacklist an email address to not receive my messages?
To setup the blacklist option, please go to "Subscribers" on the main toolbar, choose "Deleted Subscribers"
and "Blacklist". Enter the chosen addresses or the domain name into the box provided on the site.
If you wish to blacklist them in order not to receive your campaign's
messages, make sure the "No, blacklist just for the following campaign" option is chosen.
Once you need to block them from receiving the account's
messages, please choose the "Yes, blacklist for the whole account" option. Always remember to click "Add entries" to save the
new settings.
Note: upon blacklisting an email address, it is removed from your subscriber list and blocked from receiving further mailings.
