Return To User Guide Index How can I make inactive subscribers active again?

If you wish to make your inactive subscribers active again so that they can receive your follow-up messages, please follow these steps:

1. Go to >> Subscribers >> My Subscribers >> Copy Subscribers
After submitting their data, your subscribers will be taken to the confirmation page you enter here. By not entering a URL here, your subscriber will be taken to a default confirmation page, provided by GetResponse.



2. Choose the Source Campaign
The source campaign is the campaign you will be moving subscribers in. Please choose a proper campaign name from the drop-down box on the "Copy Subscribers" site.



3. Check the box next to the "Inactive subscriber" words

4. Choose the Destination Campaign
Please note that the Destination Campaign is the same as the Source Campaign

5. Check "Add to the cycle"

6. Choose the message you want the subscribers to start with
You need to choose a proper message subject from the drop down box on the site.

7. Click "Copy Subscribers"
After you click this button your inactive subscribers will be listed under >> Subscribers >> My Subscribers >> Active Subscribers and will be receiving your follow-up messages, starting with the one you have chosen.
