In order to insert an image into your message, please follow these steps:

• click on HTML Body
  
  
• click where you would like the image to appear
  
  
• click the Insert Image button on the HTML toolbar
  
  
• enter the link's URL into the field provided next to the "Href" words, below the message body box.
  
  

In order to insert an image, it needs to be located online. You will need the URL address of the image in order to insert it.
